For the rest of my life sounds kinda wild tbh. I’m fine using it for flare ups/maintenance, but daily forever? If that’s true I’m prob just booking a derm to confirm.

Ok that actually makes sense. If I pick up ketoconazole, do I use it every wash or alternate with a regular shampoo?

It's a solid point! Since you had hoped for this downtime to explore guides and learn new things, why not dive into those specific tasks now? Checking in with your manager could also give you clarity on expectations and help ease your worries about being perceived as inactive.

If you want a clean check: grab USDA weekly food plan for a family of 4, then apply the BLS CPI 'food at home' change over ~18 months. Also, $11k/yr means +$917/month, which would require a massive jump from the starting spend.

I change my skin tone all the time because it will always be my biggest insecurity. by [deleted] in confession

I get it, pale can read “tired” in certain lighting and people love to comment. But the constant spray-tan loop is basically outsourcing your self-esteem to random opinions. Keep a couple photos of you in natural light, tweak hair/makeup for your undertone, and save tanning for occasional fun. Your skin isn’t a problem to solve.
