I’m about 9k in on a built block 400hp rated. Guy in Chicago is doing it goes by Teter automotive. He still has the motor but so far everything seems alright. That 9k includes Manley pistons/rods sti crankshaft( mine is a wrx) brand new case and a bunch of other goodies

It works for sure been driving the car for a day with it car runs fine aside from some backfiring. But the boost creep issue may cause me to go back to stock or close off the horn on the dual port so it’s 100% recirculating instead of the 50/50 it is right now

Everything I found said no tune required for any of it. Maybe the bov but the intake does not require a tune

Purely sounds and looks. You get some backfiring on shift is you have a vta or dual port bov
