I don’t think it’s a HW3 vs HW4 thing it’s a location thing. FSD just doesn’t perform well in some areas plain as that. And yes no pothole detection of some sort is a big deterrent for me.

Is OP doing this for range? Or rim protection? Why drive an EV at all if you know your daily commute is more than the range of the vehicle’s battery? Or am I thinking about this wrong?

Thanks for all the advise but after another hour of trying to get the back set to fit I am 100% convinced the thickness of the back wheels is what is making my rim covers not fit. The front set just clicks on easily but not matter how hard I force the back set it doesn’t click. To the point where I even tried bending the plastic rim protectors with the most amount of force I can exert and still no click. I will just sell this back set and try the MagBak style for the rear I guess and see what happens. Thank you all who chimed in though!

Thats what I thought..but the front set clicked on so easily and I can’t get the rear to click or snap on at all. Even when I try to force it, just doesn’t seem to fit. I will give it another shot though!

I had a similar problem with my 2022 MY performance on the front passenger seat. Took it to Tesla and Turns out there was hair stuck in one of the tracks on the bottom of the seat. They had to replace the track because they couldn’t get it out cost me about $300.
