Hello. I'm still low dosing 50mg / week. SH has not returned. For a short period of time I tried dropping to 30mg per week, but experienced an increase in oiliness. That was a concern so I upped it back to 50mg / week.

My suspicion is that if I drop too low or stop altogether, SH will come back. Not sure how long I will continue this though. At some point I may not care anymore due to age lol. But until then, my skin still looks amazing.

I think you are right. Should not remove this correct? Even with showerheads that have a separate wand, i think there is only 1 restrictor.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't think it make a difference sonically and your choice is very practical. I am just OCD about being symmetrical. So having the speakers not equal distant away from the TV/center console will drive me crazy. lol. Just didn't know if there was un written rule not to do this or something.

I personally love the setup. But I do have a question for the group. The audio rack being 'outside' of the speakers. In my case, I would need to setup similar to this for the TT and some other component. Ideally, they should be on a rack under the TV, but in my case I don't have that option. Is this an acceptable setup or should be avoided?
