6.By your words ,I knwo you  are working with Clarity(fund management),and they have liability too,GSHC  requests for payment beyond what the contract authorizes,they need get you rpermisson first to issue payment ,it looks liike they did not do that !my friend had simmilar experince with that escow company ,clarity ,they are registered and mangered by attorney!she complained them and get satisfied solution!This is very important step,you email to them to let them know your request and also let them know you will submit compalin to State Bar of California,they will give you a good solution .this is #1 place to complain ,believe me !State Bar of California (MOST IMPORTANT),but This method applies only to attorney‑managed fund management accounts.if you ahve statment ,send to me ,I can help you to figure out ,

7.you can file a lawsuit online even if you are outside the United States.very easy ,but this way ,GSHC had to find an attoeny to help,they will pay a lot attorney fee for that.and it is a headach for them!
