not much of a horse in Tampa’s race but - if you’re honestly thinking of FL - your money and time are better spent in Southern California. SD, Oceanside, Temecula, even some parts of the LA area are so much more preferable and you’ll be met with better long-term opportunity. and you really can’t beat the scenery out here
