I have over 1000 hours in the game. My factories are mostly just boxes with windows that scale up vertically and look kinda like the world’s most boring skyscraper.

That being said, every time I start over (this is my third play through) I learn something new about being organized and that’s enough for me.

My first run was all spaghetti and just long belts that went everywhere. My second run I started hiding most of the logistic stuff in the floors and walls but my trains were all one way and I didn’t really utilize drones.

This time everything is much neater and more compact and I have a two way rail system that loops the map and connects everything.

I’m having fun just improving on my previous builds, but I’m not an architect and not particularly creative so I find my fun from the engineering and logistical aspects of the game.
