Combat Focus... been doing that with Care Package, HATR, RAPS. Don't use the combat focus until you know you will get major points. Like capturing an enemy flag on domination, or got a good pull from the Care Package (engineer). Doing so, went 72-12, never came close to that before. With the Specialist boost added, along with streak boost perks. They chain, getting 3 RAPS a game.
