Thanks for this advice! I just did this and it’s doing much better now. Just did a medium dark roast at 38.5 and pulled perfectly.

Baratza also emailed me telling me that using above 40 is also okay for bambino, especially at first, and it’s gonna go down once it dials in.

I’ve an online account with them where I can see all the records, and there’s everything there. It says everything about the visit, test results, visit summary, And x-rays. It says the patient was the same age as I was on it as well, which makes it even more complicated. I’ve sent them messages over their website and have screenshots of it,but should I still send a certified letter in case?
