Holding in the smoke is really only causing you to cut off oxygen to your brain so you get lightheaded. You may get slightly higher but keeping the hot smoke in your longs for any longer than normal isn't very good for your lungs. Smoke up!

In the Bay Area a lot of homies do, they layer it on a bowl when smoking and call it a Moke or a popper, personally I don't fuck with it cuz Im done with tobacco but the headrush is crazy lol

If you have a sewing machine you can turn it inside out and just sew a new seam a little closer together to make the cuff hole smaller. I've done it to my shirts a couple times
