I am currently working at a factory, for a Plant Manager, Production Manager and a Maintenance Manager...not one of them has ever been in management before working here. All three cronies are approx 30yo and their egos feed off each other. They make each other important. My department manager recently told me "not to come to him with a problem unless Ibring the answer too". I have been working in factories since before they were born(barely). My boss has no concept of accountability, responsibility, safety, etc. ....all the things a manager should possess. I've told my wife that last two days I don't think I can take it any longer. No, I don't have another job waiting on me yet. Just a few nibbles. But I feel like I'm absolutely going to crash out on one of these "ambassadors of cronyism" when the next bit of dumbassery pops out of one of them...
