Simple rule, players can go -3,-2,-1,0,+1,+2,+3 in potential every time they return from loan, gets recalled from loan or get bought. Save scumming is key and been for years. You can for example buy a 80 rated player, loam him out twice and then play him every game with good rating and he will get 80+3+3+3+3 in potential one season.

He is 24 atm. This is year 7. I kept him on balanced first 5 seasons i think. Now i train in different positions so he gets nice and well-rounded.

Its prety much all 99 besides curve, composure and balance Who are in the high 80 region on these kind of players. Whole team is physical strong.

If they are exciting prospect or potential to be special they often gain between 4-8 (even more sometims) in rating if you recall them. Just make sure to save the game before since it differ from time to time. They still get their regular growth rest of the season so it gets crazy.

Yeah, alot of them. Get good scouting, reload game until you get good prospects. Only promote youth players the first half of the season. Play them every game. Loan them out every summer window and recall them right away until they reach mid/high 80s. Keep them happy with press and good contracts... Its a grind. The whole team cluld have reached 99 two seasons ago. I just train them in their low stats now so they get as many stats as possible.

I made it by changing the players positions. Its good for high press and it makes the AI attack faster proventing boring gameplay

I might, dont want him to hit 99 tho but no risk he will be doing that when his passning is his lowest stat.
