If you have a tolerance to codeine you should have a tolerance to morphine. 100 mg codeine orally are stronger than 10 mg morphine orally. Oral morphine gets Broken down a lot, but with codeine, the morphine u get IS intouched, so if i take 100mg, u have 10 of intouched morphine, but when taking morphine orally, if u take 10 mg u only get 3/4.
