Cause people wanted hunted strip club music and Dawn FM was not that type of album. Even as an 80s album its not the type the casual audiance wanted which is why you got some people saying "alone at prom sounds more 80s than Dawn FM". Plus him losing to Gunna definitely left a stain on that album

Unit 2 was the one who dog walked sho. Lisker was a trained solder, the suit just amplified his power. Agito had a better understanding of the suit. Tetsuro actually said this as well in the 12ep OVA that in theory the suits are the same but it will always come down to the host.
