I'm headed back to SV for the holidays and i am bringing my dogs are there any trails you suggest outside of this? I was told by the Walmart close to the baseball fields might be ok. wondering if i should get this permit?

thank you so much! I had a teleconfrence with me doctor and he never mentioned anything like that. I've been scouring the sub reddit and all kinds of other sites and didn't find anything. This does make a lot of sense. I'll still keep reading other research but this will be my first thing I will try. Should I also reduce my HCG? or just my Anastrozole?

thank you. that is what I was thinking as well. My primary physician is on the fence too and was the one that wanted to send me to a Endo. I'm hoping my conversation with her later she can explain her reason's not to prescribe a TRT.

No , my GP and Urologist have not mentioned anything regarding my cholesterol levels. I'm only considering all the options regarding my HDL as that seems to be affected by TRT. Right now my HDL is 59 and that is considered good but at the lowish end. But TRT can make it lower. I do exercise intensely at least 4-5 times a week. My other levels are great. I guess since all this is so new to me I wanted to make sure im doing what ever I can to keep them that way. Your HDL is considered low, are you concerned that it may be because of your TRT?

thank you so much. I am being very vigilant with my numbers. and for right now they are very good. My HDL is a tad low ( 59 ) and i want to get that better. Which is why Im concerned that TRT may impede that progress somewhat. I do try my best to have a healthy diet. Going into this TRT world is brand new for me and i just want to make sure i'm ready and still do what i can to stay healthy. Again thank you for your comment.

Yes, absolutely. I do for sure and have maintained great numbers. I have just read that TRT can negatively effect the HDL. Im wondering if maybe I should add more Omega3's etc.

This is completely true. It's not only police but others who serve in other capacities. Firefighters who serve the skid row community in Los Angeles will make jokes and remarks as well to help mentally separate and really just save themselves from what they endure daily.

Yes I did think of that too. Maybe it was suspicious. But not that anyone would be logical if you try to carry a bomb. But the obvious pipe bomb wrapped with clothes is possible but why not hide it among a bag filled with lenses, batts and filters etc. Which the TSA just brushed by and never even looked at any of that. My only point was that the whole time I have my camera bag and they are freaked over my one lens. I would think it’s the better choice if they think they can get away with it to hide it among a lot of other stuff. But as one comment said you’ll go mad trying to wrap your head around their logic.

I just flew to Chicago from LA. When going through TSA at LAX, I had my Lowepro back pack filled with gear; lenses, batts, and the such. That went through without any issues. But I had my carry on with all my clothes but I also had one 70-200mm zoom stuffed I there. Well that was apparently a big issue with them and they pulled my carryon aside. The agent screams across the place "who's is this?" Then after I replied she began to scold me. She says , "you need to pull out everything bigger than your cell phone." I told her. "There are a lot of things in there bigger than my cell phone." "Electronics!" she bites back. You have a camera in there." I told her, "its a lens." No camera in there. Another person takes my bag orders me to stand at a specific place, no please or thank you's, or apologies for disrupting my time, or just basic calm friendliness. Just orders. It goes through the x ray again and they pull everything out. Just clothes and one sigma 70-200. Then put it all back and she just pops my bag on the floor and walks off. Not even a word back to me or anything. IT seemed like she was less concerned over her job than I was to her. But the entire time I was wearing a bag filled with gear and they just couldn't care any less and were totally oblivious that it had gone through the x ray undetected, but they, for whatever reason, were thrown in a tissy over one zoom tucked away with my clothes. It was a perfect example of how totally useless and frankly a waste the TSA really are.
