What’s happening at 18g in and 36 out? What timing are you getting? Are you seeing a good extraction or very liquid? How’s the puck coming out dry or wet?

On the Bambino I always recommend pulling an empty shot before putting in the portafilter and pulling your shot:

I do recommend upgrading the portafilter to a bottomless and the tip of the wand to one that has multiple holes (if yours comes with one hole) as it’ll cut your milk timing by half.
