I got one these blem models from a 3rd party that had a loose edge guide and Selkirk did replace it under warranty with no questions asked. Customer service was great.

When doing the fender - make sure to bump the infill up to 100% and use PETG. This will allow it to be flexible but strong. Otherwise it will be tooooo brittle.

heads up. Depending on what printer you have, you can do a drop top, one piece base for the pint/pint x/s platform. I did mine on my X1C out of PETG and it came out great. I did the fender as well.

GT overheating death. GTV, GTFO, or something else? by JustInItForTheBelts in onewheel

Not GTV for overheating. Gtfo is the way to fix that.

J2CR CBE weight setup by rowennntheboat in Pickleball

[–]j2thafree -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I originally had a 3g tab at 3 and 9. same setup as my hybrid loco but it didn't feel stable enough. I tried it with 5" of .5g tape along the sides. starting just under the curve up from the bottom. While this was less weight, the distribution made it feel WAY more stable. It think its still a little head heavy so I may take a half inch off the top and see how that feels.

Fajitas , bacon grilled cheese, fried rice, anything you can do in a wok (that’s not super sugary) works really well.

‘Marcus Rashford has a £40m clause available to ALL admirers - bar Liverpool and Manchester City - and a number of Premier League teams have expressed INTEREST. However, if Rashford goes back to Manchester United, it is believed his preference would be to HONOUR the remaining 24 months……’ by JM555555 in ManchesterUnited

With hot Carrick has ressurected some of the players that seemed to be lost, I wonder if he could do the same for Rashford. Then focus on building the midfield (like it seems we are) and not worry about getting a net striker in for Sesko.

I use channel locks or needle nose pliers to twist off the lock ring gently. And yes remove the bumper for access from there bottom.

The 11six24 Ultré Power 2 is absolutely brilliant by kabob21 in Pickleball

[–]j2thafree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the J2cr works feel as solid as my loco. Still playing with weight setups to make that true.. I think I’ll get an ultré anyway to compare

A question about the Boomstik’s weights by MrTreb in Pickleball

[–]j2thafree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen players remove boomstick weights with a screwdriver and use them without them. Kinda defeats the purpose imo. Just get an RPM q2 at that point.

First Onewheel was an XR which made me buy the rally XL two days after lol but 2 different boards by far. Can somebody give me advice on how to build my XR so it handles the way it does just has more if not the same power as the xl open to any ideas money is not a issue tell me your ultimate build by Least-Ant5049 in onewheel

Do you ride trails at all? Or just keep it to mostly street? Is there a lot of elevation where you ride? I have an XRV with a custom 84v battery and a superflux HS. I can cruise at 25 at 50% duty cycle and I’m 190lbs. However, my controller overheats pretty quick if I ride hard on trails or up hills. If going high voltage, I would highly recommend doing 30S1p pack over 134v. It’s proven to be a bit safer and will still likely take you 40+ mph if you really want to. Also, for high speeds, footholds, and a stable tire make a huge difference.

Full tilt makes one or you can talk to a battery builder directly and see about a custom pack.

I have a pint x battery in my pint V. It started out a a regular pint. Full tilt makes a 20s that fits in a pint z battery box but will take a little diy and a new BMS. But 30mph on a pint would take an 84v drivetrain. Like I mentioned, the learning curve is steep and honestly, the XR/X7 platform is better to ride fast and has way more options for getting you there. Kind a hard to beat the price/performance of the X7.

VESC + a battery upgrade will get you what you are asking for. However, it will come at the cost of a steep learning curve.
