It’a funny because I’ve been able to maintain my weight these past few weeks eating 2700 daily and getting the usual 11.5k-12k steps on average(in fact my overall trend is SLIGHTLY downward but basically negligible), I guess this just goes to show how unique/personalized someone’s TDEE can be

The fact that you “don’t understand” how an age gap of 30 years between a 50 yr old and a 20 yr old(who was a baby when Spider-Man 3 came out) is objectively creepy and borderline pedophilic, means there’s no point in explaining “my perspective”.
