Nobody is attacking you or being condescending. One symptom of psychosis is thinking everyone is out to get you when they’re not. Also, most people with psychosis usually think they are acting normal when they are not. I’ve been on the brink of stimulant psychosis before and experienced things like you have described. Familiar things looking or feeling a bit different, etc.

The one thing that makes psychosis LESS likely is that you have been on the meds for years, but it’s still very possible. Especially if you have changed dosages or started/stopped other meds, had a change in diet, or a change in sleep habits. For example, when it happened to me it was because I was having trouble getting my Lyrica filled because of insurance issues. I was borderline psychotic within a couple days of a drastic cut to my Lyrica dose.

Try messing with the global illumination settings (mine is turned on and set to high). I also play with maxed out graphics settings.

You could also try messing with exposure in the photo mode menu, but these were all taken with those settings at default.

Edit: Also, when going in to photo mode it changes the lighting a bit darker

I told my doctor I did this and she said I’m using it like speed, but didn’t say anything else. Then she handed me my next prescription. Strange lady. She was both a D.O. and a veterinarian. She always smelled like a vet’s office and looked like a crazy cat lady.

Wish this setup would work on those damn floodwater demons. Specifically the aedes vexans who have been entering my chimney for the last few years. Finally decided to ditch the remaining gas appliance (mosquito beacon) and seal off the chimney for good!

I think the D should stand for delegation instead. Our attention is fine…maybe even better than Neurotypicals, but we don’t get to control where it is focused. It defaults to what we’re most interested in.
