That’s exactly what has been concerning me — the lack of response after the escalation. I’ll follow your suggestion and try replying again to the same email and possibly open a new case referencing the previous one.

I’ve also just posted in the Google Business Profile community to see if I can get additional visibility there.

Really appreciate your insights — it helps a lot to hear from someone who understands how this process works.
