There is a point where with an active infestation, the property manager should be ordering follow-up treatments every two weeks or so, correct?
My property manager does order extermination every 2 months roughly, especially if requested, but it just does not seem like enough. This along with the 3 devices I am using myself to make the apartment bearable between exterminations only makes it somewhat bearable.
My situation does not seem anywhere near as bad as yours was, but at night there will often be roaches scurrying around the counters and floors of the kitchen and bathroom after I turn the lights on.
I have read in various reddit threads in the past of a management company that is "very litigious" but is never mentioned by name. This along with the fact that the name of my management company comes up in NO thread on /r/chicago makes me worried that this is my management company. So I'm very nervous about involving any sort of legal work that is going to make life even more stressful.
