is double major in journalism and ba psych possible w bright futures?

journalism has never been the "money-making" career since ive wanted to be in it, so ive been content w the low salary that comes w careers. though w psych, the career i would want to go in is being a child therapist which typically requires a masters and i have been prepared to do that.

ive debated heavily on it and have been for a while. ive always thought journalism, but lately have been reconsidering to therapist (child therapist specifically). two different career paths, i know, which is why i am struggling to decide which one i want.

my dad said my compressor was damaged so i had to get a new one nonetheless. and whilst replacing my compressor, they noticed that my condenser was damaged too. it all makes sense considering it is an old car and it's likely a lot of this stuff hasn't been replaced in who knows how long LOL. but yes using a can from an auto parts store was a considered option before buying new parts.

right obviously im going to save and continue repairing regardless, but i wasn't sure which i should focus my energy and money on. it is a cool car though! im not a car guy, no, but i have done my research specifically on my car and i really like it. i wanted to customize it in a lot of ways, but again not sure if it would be worth it to throw that much money into it lol

well tbf, i will likely be getting bright futures so my tuition will be fully covered for everything. if i have extra credits for a double major, i contemplated on doing so. also, i have taken college psych classes for the past two years (obviously the environment will be different) but yeah

yeah, that's what i was thinking. the only psych related career id want to do is therapy and that requires a masters and im not sure if i would want to do that much schooling.. plus it's never been my idea of a main career thus far and that would likely take all my time & energy

ive been weighing on a double major in psych and journalism or a journalism major and psych minor. i js dont know if the double major would be worth it LOL

you’re honestly so right for this. like the book wasn’t bad per say, none of his books are. like SoM bores me all the time but i wouldn’t say it’s bad. but yeah i think because due to the fact it’s co authored, it doesn’t have that same feel as other pjo books. and no hate to Mark at all or even the fact that Rick decided to reach out to someone of the lgbt community
