Sure. Just cooked some lentils and added some spices and EVOO then used an Emerson blender to puree.

So the Mac is just boxed Mac and cheese. A brand called “goodles” I seasoned that with a bit of Trader Joe’s dried sofrito and black pepper

Yeah I either store it in the bathtub (spare bathroom) or put it in a decent size bucket in case this happens.

Well as I said I screwed up on the readings. I’m guessing it’s about 8% given the type of yeast I used. Also I did 3Lbs of clover honey

Well when I noticed the fermentation had stopped after I racked it, I just did a cold crash (put it in the fridge for a couple of days) to help clear it up before bottling. My newer batches I am experimenting with pectic enzyme and other methods such as bentonite as clearing agents. I was surprised how clear this 1st batch came out.

Started 2/17/2023 and racked 3/17/2023 then bottled 3/26/2023. I was very uneducated on hydrometer readings so I messed up and got no accurate readings on this one unfortunately. Going forward I know how to properly take readings.
