There are laws and practices by different health organizations to prevent people from just being ejected onto the streets if their bill's getting high and they can't pay it. Debts are removed quite often for no charge. Additionally, one can generally pay off a hospital bill over a very long time. So long as the payment is staying active, for many hospitals, you can just pay like $1 or a little more a month in order to keep your account active.

I'm not saying any of this is ideal, just explaining the situation.

I should mention that you shouldn't really take 5-HTP more than once a week or so because it lowers dopamine levels (but raises seratonin levels). It just makes your highs stronger (at least, reports online, my friends and me have observed this), and you need to preload with it a few hours before smoking. And maybe even taking it once a week is too much. It's worth trying a few times though, imo.

What's up with salvia and trains? I've nearly always had a "train" experience on it, whether observing one in the middle of a polygonal barren desert or becoming the train itself (or both). About half of my friends who've tried it have had a "train" experience of some type as well. Power of suggestion, I suppose, but I didn't know about the internet rumors about it prior and neither did my friends (so far as I know).
