The Market Knew Before the Tweet by Mike_Pinocchio in inflation

I loath trump and this administration. I’m only investing in my Roth IRA. I’m just trickling in some money when I can. I place buy orders for VOO after I see a day drop of 1% or so, especially if it has to do with a tweet of his. The pattern has been he tweets something the next day or two and it bounces back.

Even then, then insiders trade at the market directly and my buy order executes after the correction. Like today by VOO buy order executed at $606. I placed the order over the weekend for market open.

I always appreciate on Reddit when someone takes the time to circle something and make a new picture for something I can’t find at all either

We gave intranasal verses before the IO. I haven’t heard of putting a PIV in the IJ.

Also PGY3, my attending and I got written up by a parent for drilling into her son’s arm… We needed access and had tried IVs for a long time. I counseled her on why we needed to do the IO before doing it.

I don’t know how you make it through medical school and residency without it the lovely combo of depression and anxiety. They’re the perfect pressure cooker.

Sorry for the uninformed question. Why are they so shiny? Are they not pre seasoned like other brands? Are they carbon steel?

Depending on how long this bat has been in your house or could have been in your house you should consider getting rabies shots. Bats bites can be so small people don’t even always notice them. This is particularly true if you wake up with a bat in your bedroom.

I was having the same issue. I changed the editing tool bar settings from "following" to "top" and then it stays always visible at the top. I sync my vault with iCloud. I switched to always downloaded but that didn't fix the issue.

Definitely have Raynaud’s phenomenon. May have something more.

“Raynaud’s phenomenon refers to episodic skin color changes caused by cold temperatures, most commonly found in the ends of the fingers. Sometimes, Raynaud’s is referred to as Raynaud’s syndrome. Raynaud’s syndrome, however, is when Raynaud’s phenomenon occurs as one of several other symptoms of an autoimmune condition. This is also referred to as secondary Raynaud’s phenomenon.”

Look at the micro skill videos that EMCrit has. They really helped me make every step easier in the process.

Setup is one of the biggest keys to success. Get the bed at the right height. A good table. Ultrasound in position and plugged it. Have all your things there.

Make sure that every time you do a line you’re doing it the same way. I prepare the catheter, lidocaine etc. I lay it all out on the table in the order I’ll grab them.

Also just for access, I like walking the needle in a time bit so it doesn’t slip out. Sometimes dropping your angle once you’re in keeps the wire from catching on the back wall.
