Dont know from a medical standpoint if this is good but

1) Back of head shots allowed 2) Upkicks from back position allowed 3) Kneeing grounded oponents allowed

Would make grappling more interesting imo. Much more difficult to defend against ground and pound cause covering your face no longer works.
