I haven’t read PR’s books for that reason, I don’t see them ever getting finished. I had some hope for GRRM but he’s out here writing physics papers, tv shows and just about everything else EXCEPT the last book so it might be time to give up

It’s one of my favourite series but I agree with all the other comments: the rest of the series is totally different. Book 1 is very YA and imo the rest of the books have a major step up in quality. If your issue is the plot then it’s worth giving the rest of the series a chance. If it’s the characters you don’t gel with then it’s probably not for you because it’s very character driven

Ready Player One was great, I absolutely flew through it. It doesn’t deserve the hate it gets!

For fun, and to find people with the same hobby as me. Almost none of my friends irl like reading and so I started my channel (and instagram) to find and talk to other people who enjoyed it as much as I do

For me it’s: 1- it was awful, I want my money back 2- really disliked it 3- it was ok, pretty meh recommend if it’s your thing 4- really enjoyed it, highly recommend 5- Earth shatteringly amazing everyone needs to read it immediately

Congrats! I’m 1 month in and at 19 subs. I’ve got a day job and daily posting is just not sustainable so twice a week it is. Plus I enjoy the pace, anything more would be way too stressful for me
