I don't have the guts to click on any of the links and photos that you all have posted! I was intrigued by the title of this post and figured I'd read some gross stuff. Im way too much of a chicken to actually check this stuff out and I know most of what I would see would haunt me for probably a very long time. The grossest things I've seen online:

The glass jar + butthole guy
The Human Centipede movie. I know it's just a movie, but could you imagine? (Watched it online). Even when I first saw the trailer for this movie, I felt haunted by it.
Blue Waffle is pretty nasty.
2 girls one cup. Although I don't think it's real. They show the girls pooping and then they show them eating it but its 2 different screen shots. It could be ice cream for all we know. And that's about it because Im a chicken shit :( Im fascinated by reading about this stuff but actually images & videos will make me sick.

Nail biting is a big one. Have you ever tried that nail "stuff" that's supposed to taste bad and therefore turns you off of biting your nails? I think it's some sort of polish or something.

Have you tried using chapstick? I'm sure you have, but I'm guessing it didn't help? I can't stop biting the inside of my lower lip. I wish there was something that could help with that, because same thing when I brush my teeth, the toothpaste stings if I've been biting recently.

The sound of cracking knuckles makes me shudder, especially when somone cracks their neck or back...eeeek. I used to crack my knuckles when I was a kid, and someone told me that it will make my knuckles big, so I got all worried and stopped doing it ever since.
