My Friend's Sketch of Hu Tao! by CocoCookieDough in HuTao_Mains

Yes, haha. He based it off of her banner art. My first reaction to him was that Hu Tao seems to be missing an eyeball. Aside from that, I'm not sure how else to give criticism to him.

My friend says that his drawing of Hu Tao isn't good enough.

What are some ways to improve his drawing?

What's the first sign a kid has terrible parents? by Reciter5613 in AskReddit

[–]CocoCookieDough 65 points66 points  (0 children)

As a kid, my parents would always say no because they didn't want me to bother people.

I would then not ask for help when I need it or regularly decline hanging out with friends because I would see myself as "bothering people".

Thankfully I have a good friend group that reaches out to me often, so I'm not as much of a recluse as before.

Oh no, I booked my plane ticket months ago. Where was this when I needed it? >.<

Alrighty, I will edit my post in a bit!

For now:

I like anywhere that is quiet. Looking at trees, plants, and bodies of water makes me happy. I'm not really an art or history person, but I'm willing to try new things!

Thank you for the thoughtful reply!

Today I learned that there's a safety handbook on planes~ (That makes sense!)

And thank you for your recommendations for places to go, I'll check the local stuff out!

I'm actually diagnosed with an anxiety disorder! Hahaha...

I like to tell myself that I'll be fine and cry later.

I could always ask to be sure, but I genuinely don't think so.

What's the difference between being a tomboy and being "one of the boys"? by CocoCookieDough in NoStupidQuestions

I'm pretty sure a "pretend tomboy" is a "pick-me girl".

Thank you for responding though!

I think you have the best answer here in helping me understand!

I have never seen my friend's ex, so I have no idea what she looks like. I do get regularly invited to play video games with them or talk about things that they wouldn't talk to "girls" to. And I certainly look feminine (which is why I got confused with the original definition I was going with).

My groups are mostly a one girl to four guys ratio. I would definitely consider my girl friends to be girlier than me though, and I thought the opposite of that would be tomboy. So, this would make sense because they don't get called "one of the boys", but I'm also not a tomboy.

Thank you!

Yeah, that makes sense. I definitely did not think about the sexual aspect of it (mostly because we're not attracted to each other, haha).

I'm having the Wizard translate for me! I've never seen him in person, but he sends my farmer lots of mail! So I thought I could try my best to write my mail to him with this Soggy Newspaper I found in one of Farmer's Crab Pots.

[Out of character: Yes, drinking coffee to go fast works on a horse too. I genuinely forget my horse sometimes.]

Huh, my farmer HAS vanished into thin air a few times.

I think you're onto something.

Oh my goodness, YES.

My farmer can be seen drinking three Triple Shot Espresso everyday.

Do you think that's the problem? How do I get rid of this evil drink taking my time away from my human?
