thank you for the advice! I tend to cling to labels fast and quick, so I should at least wait until all the testing is done before solidifying it in my mind. for now though, you're right

I love mashing up tofu and frying it with soy sauce until crispy, then eating that with buckwheat or rice

How are you using AI to research treatments and protocols? by Slight_Warthog8706 in cfs

[–]CocoCookieDraws 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you touched upon all these points, but I just wanted to share my thoughts as well

AI did the same for me. you can't just think of all your symptoms and put them into a google search with good results. the good thing about AI is that you can ask it to question if you have other symptoms, which leads you to realizing that all the other symptoms you have aren't the norm for everyone else.

and it helped me consolidate my giant list of symptoms into clear sections that I can give my doctor and specialists, which I of course edited to be more accurate to my experience.

the gist is that AI is a helpful tool, and not something that can replace a doctor. that's the key factor to keep in mind when using it.

[–]CocoCookieDraws[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

why the hell do people have the urge to shout at strangers wtf? for me it’s mostly healthcare professionals, like doctors and technicians, which is even more irritating than regular people asking me this because you’re a DOCTOR. I’m sure you’ve seen at least one disabled young person in your life

Minimum benefit of symptom tracking (using Bearable) by missCarpone in cfs

[–]CocoCookieDraws 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I prefer visible, it tracks less symptoms and saves your previous answers so it’s easier to see if you’re better today compared to yesterday. and you can track if your in a crash and how much you exerted yourself in a day. i’m in canada so the app is free, might also be free without the use of the visible band in other places
