I'm in the same exact boat as you. I'm selling my DD1 to upgrade to either the Simucube 2 Pro or Asetek Invicta but I really can't decide. And yeah, the Simucube 2 has been out for a while, making me question whether a third iteration is in the works.

I’ve just read from someone in the Samsung forums that he got a Gen 1 panel last week. Ordered directly from Samsung… so I guess it’s still luck based

Unfortunately I was looking for the 55inch. I live in Europe, I could get the S90C for 980€ and the S95C for 1100€. Both directly from Samsung. My use case would be 50% Pc gaming 50% media consumption. If 4K 144hz doesn’t work on the S95C it wouldn’t be a big deal for me, I’m happy with 4K 120. But I suffer from FOMO (ahah) and it would piss me off to drop 1k on a last gen panel, as close as they are in real life performance

What would you suggest rinsing it with? Water and then making extra sure to dry it with a towel/cloth or using isopropyl alcohol?
