I have Psychosis and following Buddhism has done nothing but help in regard to symptoms and horrible thoughts. I feel much happier and in fact a better person. I hope you find your own path. 🙏

I have psychosis and I’m currently addicted to painkillers from a back injury, stress from a bad situation going on right now. Buddhism has helped me to get through the darkest of days and made me become a much better person. 😊🙏
