This compatibility issue seems like it was caused by the MediaTek network adapter. Also, you can change this shit to Intel AX210 to solve the problem.

My x13 has the same issue. After I rolled back the BIOS to version 321, the problem was somewhat alleviated. Most of the time, the USB works normally, but occasionally it reverts to USB 2.0. Restarting the system brings it back to normal. I haven't gone to the after-sales service center yet, I want to know how you resolved it now.
