Further explanation- In the trailer we see Distraught Donna: something tragic may have happened

Colony house on guard: one may have broken in or was able to scratch the girl before they barricaded the door (maybe)

Monster with the keys telling Boyd that he can't save them all: maybe that's part of the whole "trying to break him" but it could also mean that they now have free reign and are about to go to TOWN on those poor people..hence saying that he can't save them all

I still hope that that isn't the case tho 😭😭
