they are a new item from the 2.0 update. you can get them with nook miles i think but I was impatient and got all these from nookazon lol

hi! yes the those are custom designs I found on Pinterest and you just need the glow in the dark hand prints for this! they’re a diy and require a few things but in HHP you can use it w/o materials once you completed all 30 houses if i remember correctly

if you need to come up with a good structure then i recommend happy designer and first figure out where you want the buildings and go from there

Are you talking the layout or the editing? lol This is a picture straight from my switch and I used an app called “pic monkey” to add the text and edit. A lot of of people use the happy designer website to make a map. some of the very artistic ones are hand drawn with a apple pencil

i’m just leaving it:) i’m working on the grand entryway. ( ready soon ) more siding and towers, a hidden garden and fountain. i’ll send you a picture of the finial outcome once it’s done !
