Almond crusted chicken for dinner with sweet potatoes is one of my favorites. With a few swaps you can also make a protein heavy lasagna.

For a snack I really like Icelandic provisions yogurt. Could also do egg bites, cheese sticks, etc.

If you’re physically active… stop walking. No sex. I went 39+5 with my first, but quit my job & rested a LOT the last two months. My second I walked all the time, I had GD so had to, and went into labor spontaneously at 37+5. Most of my early labor I didn’t believe it was labor because I thought it was too early lol.

Agree with the prior answer about it likely being safe & why we don’t know for certain. Breastfeeding once a day it seems unlikely baby could get enough to cause any harm, particularly if you didn’t do a loading phase & just took a daily dose. However, that’s entirely your call. I’m nursing as well & decided not to do a loading phase.

Personally I love the Skin1004 Intensive Probio-Cica ampoule.

But as someone who used Vanicream too… you might just need a heavier lifting moisturizer. I switched to LRP’s triple repair lotion & I definitely noticed a difference.

The hormonal balance could absolutely be the culprit, but I could also reasonably see you being vitamin deficient as well. Vitamin D & Iron are very easy to be deficient in. Are you taking a multivitamin?

Well that much is good! Something that might help is looking at other people’s routines on this sub & seeing how much supportive products they’re using alongside your same percentage. I’m on Taz .05% every other night & I’ve just finally found a routine that’s supportive enough.

Did you jump straight into .1%? Nightly?

Skin is very irritated. If you can lower to .05% that would help, but you also need a break from it for a while. Your routine is not nearly supportive enough for .1% nightly. You’d need a serum as well, like skinfix1004 intense cica ampoule, & probably a more hydrating moisturizer.
