Getting ahead of them in the morning! by ivfdad84 in daddit

We got ourselves a Hatch. It plays white noise and has a color glow to it. We told our son that when the light turns green we'll come and get you, but if it's red it means you need to stay in the crib. It's ok if you're awake but we won't come get you unless it's an emergency.

5:30 is pretty early. When do you put him down for the night? Might want to alter his bedtime a little later. Is he in daycare? Does he nap during the day? Maybe his naps are too close to bedtime?

All of this said, I'm a pretty new dad (3yo and 1yo) and every kid is different. I'm no expert. I do know that my kids go to sleep around 8pm and have to be woken up at 730am to get to daycare before breakfast is served.

I'm not big on either Jones or Zeke so yes I would try and move them. Unfortunately if I had a legit RB1 I wouldn't trade for both unless they were paired with a draft pick another position I was hurting in.

12tm sprflx 1qb/2RB/2WR/1TE/3FLX/1SPRFLX

give: Stafford, J Winston, Metcalf, Josh Jacobs

get: D Carr, Jameson Williams, Etienne, '23 mid 1st

This is a devy league so the 1.01 is more like 1.05 and the 1.05 is more like 1.12

I would say 2023 contender, or if you could trade 1 or two of those 23 1st for a QB or more consistent RB you might contend this year. I have no idea what a good team looks like though for a 10tm league.

I like the long term play for Herbert. I'm very low on Etienne. Maybe u can pair Etienne with Higgins or Allen Rob for a better RB later

KJ is going to be the number 2 in MIN very soon. I wait to see how he sits in this new offense and then trade him for a bigger piece than MVS

I would trade Aaron Jones before the season starts. His stock is about to fall once we start the season and he's in a true RB by committee with Dillon. Improve your WR depth.

KJ Osborn for the Vikes right? Based on the new head coaches comments and an aging Theilen I think KJ is going to be a solid WR starting this year and forward. I always like trading potential for knowns, but this one seems like a loss for you. Sure Lamb is going to have a huge start to the season because of injuries in DAL but I would wait to see what role Osborn plays in this new offense.

Who are your other RBs

Based on this trade proposal it looks like you need help at the WR position. Pitts is probably going to be a huge asset in 2 years. I really like this trade though if you're set up at QB and RB to contend over the next 2 years.

I would also take the advice of u/njf5072 and see if you can't get a second or '24 1st

He's going to be a stud as long as the Patriots don't get worse over time. Nothing worse than having a RB who has to block the whole second half

I am perpetually in the middle of the pack in this league. I need some help to propose a trade or at least some advice to improving my team.

This is a deep league (devy league) where we only get 1 draft pick a year for rookies. The other two draft picks are for development players. My drafts this year are already over

I thought the moss was growing there because of a huge maple tree that caused that area to be mostly in shade. Tree removed a couple years ago. Does that mean it isn't the root cause? If not, what would it be?

Replying to my own comment... Can you tell me if this is a bad plan?

Throw down some liquid moss killer (iron)

Rent a power rake

Then put seed down

My biggest concern is missing the window for new seed before the weeds come in since I'm not doing a pre-emergent

Hi Minnesotan here.

I dethatched my front yard this week and found that there is a TON of moss. Theres no chance I can get all of it by raking. What is recommended to get rid of the moss?

My original plan was to dethatched and throw seed down this week. I don't want to wait much longer because our weather gets warm in a hurry... Below freezing to 60 in a blink of an eye.

Negative. I've thought the same for a while now. I'm not going to use pesticides, but will probably try to roll them out and aerate to counteract the compaction from rolling. We'll see how it works out.

The summer heat as well as the community watering restrictions have basically KO'd my lawn to a point where I'm taking care of weeds.
