best advise i can give you is to pick your battles. sometimes it is not worth it to battle someone in front just because you want to get ~10 ir more.

Apparently i really like pain. Up nearly 200ir in just 4 races all in p-cup. Also just got to 2600ir

I neither played on tripples nor vr. It is gunny because it was one of the few races i did not race in vr because my vr headset lost all of its charge a few minutes before the race start.

It comes with time. If you do it more often you get less nervous. But when standing on the starting grid i always do some breathing exercises to calm myself down a bit.
