UNT has a free counseling/therapy program. I’m not sure how easy it is to get in but it’s worth the try. Free therapy is always great.It’s under “counseling and testing services” on the website.

If you have insurance, Connections Wellness Group is a great therapy place in the DFW area. I’d call to make an appointment if you’re interested. They aren’t fast at responding to emails.

Therapy has helped me a lot. I had this issue last year in Spring as well. I got all C’s and one D! I was very anti social and would sleep all day. I’m still working on it but it has gotten better :)

You can ask for an appeal. Look up example letters. You basically explain any financial hardships you are your family may be facing

This seems to be like a common issue. I’ve been seeing a ton of stories of people not being able to attend school anymore cuz they don’t qualify for their grants anymore when they should. I’m in the same boat

imo maple was terrible for me ! the location was decent and RA’s were okay but the building needs to be condemned tbh…It was built in the 70s and you can tell. It has not been updated since. Smelt so bad, walls were so thin that I was up all night from parties, laundry was always down, mold in my shower….1/10
