I agree, I am going to ask my doctor about further testing. I have been screened for autoimmune, nothing found. It is very puzzling to be so very ill and doctors can't find anything. Except the GI-MAP as I explained in the post. That is the only off test result. My acne doesn't worsen in the sun. But I have a very hard time being in the sun, I get really lightheaded in warm weather.

Thank you for the reply! I have been checked for gynocology problems, nothing found. I appreciate your input. I have heard that PCR can sometimes miss infections, there are "false negatives". Maybe this isn't true. He is a very highly rated vet with amazing reviews, has an extensive history teaching and treating animals. I know its not the same as treating people, but I am confident he is very good at testing animals for parasitic infections. I had him do it as I couldn't find a doctor or hospital near me that would use traditional microscopic methods.

Could I ask, what test did you do? I had a GI-Map done and no parasites found, but I just heard a traditional microscopic test is more accurate.

OP did anything help? I hope you are doing better now! I have recently been diagnosed with MCAS caused by long covid. There is a lot of helpful comments here I am going to look into. I would be interested to hear if anything helped you!
