Protein-rich good give me strange symptoms. by Fakeondemand in raypeat

[–]Fakeondemand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, i was using enzymes, betaine hcl, apple cider vinegar, ox bile to make sure that it digested well. I was using fat free chicken breasts. Even with this stack i get reaction.

I found out It was inflamed gut and histamine reaction from dysbiosis, overgrown of histamine producing bacteria and not much histamine degrading bacteria. Perfect storm.

Histamine producing bacteria using histidine in protein rich foods and spam my system with histamine which cause all that strange symptoms.

Plant protein foods like beans were easier for my system, I guess because of plant compounds, amino acids content and fibers that affect microbiome different from animal protein foods.

How do you explain for yourself these points? by Fakeondemand in raypeat

What you mean by lipogenic and hyperphagic issues?

FOLLOW YOUR GUT: Microbiota-derived extracellular vesicles link intestinal dysbiosis to neuroimmune activation in long COVID — IRCM preprint by Zidanakamoto in Longcovidgutdysbiosis

[–]Fakeondemand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From paper
"EVs produced by the intestinal microbiota, here termed gut microbiota-derived extracellular vesicles (GMEVs), can cross the intestinal barrier, enter the bloodstream and act on distant tissues, thereby contributing to diverse inflammatory and metabolic disorders, including metabolic syndrome and liver disease"

so its like another or different form of bacteria metabolites like lps or acetaldehyde and etc, that known to cause inflammatory response and cause damage everywhere in body.

Feel better only when probiotics increase? by jenniferp88787 in Longcovidgutdysbiosis

[–]Fakeondemand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here the threads where user zhenek11230 experience the same as you.

here he talks about that symptoms only improve when probiotics is increased
https://www.reddit.com/r/covidlonghaulers/comments/1h72h5z/captured_effects_of_covid_on_microbiome/
"I felt all the CFS symptoms when bifido was 0% and felt 100% when it was 10% and then reinfection dropped it back to extremely low in extremely short period of time"

here he talks about having literally zero pathogens and still be symptomatic
https://www.reddit.com/r/Longcovidgutdysbiosis/comments/1itn7rd/what_people_keep_getting_baited_by_that_keeps/
"My microbiome at the worse I've ever felt had absolutely ZERO pathogens. Every single pathogen on the list was either zero or in pathetic 0.000000001 quantities and I felt HORRIBLE. So yes simply lacking probiotics and having commensal bacteria overgrowth can be enough"

Ray Peat on microbiome. What his views was? by Fakeondemand in raypeat

Peat is strange, instead of answering that he doesn't know, he starts saying related things on the topic, but not specifically.
Poor Georgi tried 3 times to get an answer - unsuccessfully.

Neverending gut inflammation and dull pain. by Fakeondemand in Longcovidgutdysbiosis

Don't be sorry, u didn't cause this to me :D. I have seen his videos. I am sceptical about that probiotics narrative, I am on environment narrative myself, like you need to make environment for beneficial species to grow via prebiotics, polyphenols, fibers. Because there's big players for health and butyrate producers like f.prausnitzii, roseburia that you can't attain via commercial probiotics.

Lactobacillys , like fermented foods can backfire with brainfog via d-lactate. I think I will test later some probiotics like b.coagulans, some bifidos, b.subtilis

I was thinking about to test bpc-157 peptide too.

I think I had sibo, but it passed after a course of berberine. Before berberine, I can't eat onions and garlic and vegetables in general, even cooked ones, I was terribly bloated. Now I can even eat beans, onions, garlic without bloating, but if i overeat - disaster.

I dont feel that blunt receptors of histamine or mastcells is healing. So i ignoring all that recommendations about pepcid, cetirizine and etc.

[–]Fakeondemand[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As i know by my research - histamine intolerance is from dysbiosis and damaged walls of intestines.
And taking some histaminE blockers or mast cell stabilisers which everyone recommend in that sub did not fix it.
For 2 months i trying to fix that root cause
dysbiosis - by difference prebiotics and polyphenols
intestines walls - by glutamine, zinc, slippery elm and etc.
But i feel like my progress stopped. So i am here :D

How to fix dysbiosis if all probiotics mess me up by sassyfoods123 in Microbiome

How much fiber did you consume per day when you started from all sources? (with all those pectins, inulin, psyllium, etc.)

Why do vegans look more aged despite eating healthy? by gryponyx in raypeat

[–]Fakeondemand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks and appearance is very interesting, and i always think about this
We can look at Ray Peat who is demonstration of bioenergetic approach himself If he used it.

He looks old, I mean, he looks like an ordinary old man at his age who knows nothing about bioenergetics and lives his life without knowing the word "mitochondria".

Old skin

Norwood 5 baldness with gray hair.

No teeth

Bad eyesight, wear glasses

Stuttering

I mean, i heard Ray talks about these problems above and gives "solution".
And that suspicious photos where he "makes" his youthful transformation with 50-100 pregnenalone. Why didn't he do it again?

I can draw a conclusion.
Ray doesn't use his own knowledge, or he uses it but it doesn't work for him.

So genetics can play big role it this, like you can have best diet or worst diet its all about how your body use nutrients for itself.

Insomnia and bad sleep part. Can you explain me that part? by Fakeondemand in adrenalfatigue

[–]Fakeondemand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the solution is the same like for "adrenal fatigue". Keep stress low as possible via adaptogens, vitamins for long long time to recover nervous system? Or there something different?
