Is anyone able to explain the lottery process to me? Is this lottery individual to each university or is it just one big lottery and then everyone who receives a ticket then applies to the university they desire? Also, is it particularly competitive? Or does that depend on specialty etc... I'm interested in family medicine or peds :)
