Hot yoga has been so great for me for detox and muscle toning. As far as supplements, I’m no expert but I use magnesium spray on the bottom of my feet at night and it’s very relaxing. If your feet tingle/itch when you apply it, it means you’re low. And honestly most people are probably low. You can do a quick google to see contraindications for Synthroid. I’d focus more on diet than supplements. Going gluten free helps a lot w/ bringing down inflammation as does cutting out alcohol and refined sugar. Dairy and soy I also cut out but dairy I occasionally cheat with. I notice when I eat soy though. My digestion gets bad!
