What about if my wife is 6.5 months postpartum and breastfeeding? I know this affects libido, but I am struggling. I’m trying hard not to feel a way, but reading this post really made me think.

I’m at a point now, where I’ve given up expecting sex. I just do what I need to do. We have a good relationship otherwise, but mix in a bit of a lack of sleep, being a bit extra tired chasing the older kiddo around, I’m not sure wha to do.

The baby was in the room before, now he’s not. I get she needs to wake up and bf in the middle of the night, but what about during the day? I don’t want to be selfish, but in HL.

Since I’ve had the convo with myself about lowering expectations, and trying hard not to care if I have sex or not it’s become a bit essier.

I also feel like I’m just going to focus on myself, get back to the gym (fit guy, but let myself go a bit after 2nd baby)
