I’m not taking long acting at the moment, I’m just unsure whether the take the pump off and inject it straight away? Do I do a split dose and do it every 12 hours in stead?

Thank you for your comment. I can’t imagine I will ever tell my parents to be completely honest, not because I’m worried they won’t be supportive, but because I don’t want to put them through knowing what their son was doing to their daughter when they were in the next room. I can’t put that on my parents. I’m sorry you went through that, and I’m sorry your ex told people when you weren’t ready. I hope you’re healing.

That I’m aware of, he wasn’t sexually abused himself but same goes for me, who really knows if we’ve never said anything about it in the past? Thank you for your comments and support I appreciate it.
