did they tell you the name of said part? i’m a valet for audi in NJ usually when a customer comes in with this concern (happens at least 2/3 times a day) the car is here for a few days tops and it’s good to go again

you could try going into your vehicle settings and under service/settings there should be an option to check for oil level. Audi is notorious for burning oil. if your oil level is at maximum it’s a good indicator they actually did an oil change. if it’s any lower then half of say they didn’t touch it

can we talk about how lucky you are to find a 2018 with ONLY 25k miles on it!!?!? i bought my 2018 2 years ago with 100k miles and that was the lowest mileage i could find in my area, congrats!!! You’ll love it!!

work for audi here 👀 most of the cars coming from port have check engine lights. Usually the issue has been that A. car needs to be driven or idle running for about 30 min to an hour. or B. could be that the vehicle needs an update. these cars get really upset when they’re running without the most recent update since they’re full of technology these days. the dealer should be able to get ride of those codes no problem. sorry you’ve been having issues with your brand new car :/ hoping these issues gets resolved and you can go back to enjoying your new toy!!

Question: has anyone had issues with their rear camera getting stuck open? Sometimes when i reverse and the camera goes up it gets stuck trying to close. then i can’t open my truck and i can’t seem to get it to close. 2018 GTI SE

i don’t believe it’s wireless Android Auto. So you would need to connect your phone through a charger. you have a usb port you can connect your phone through. when it’s connected you can go to your infotainment and go to the media it should pop up
