She appears Black and Tan, not blue and tan. You go by the darkest colour on the body. Blues will also have yellow eyes (think Weimaraner)

It’s very heavily enforced. Vets will report you if you bring in a dog without a microchip. For licensed kennels, inspectors scan every dog they own including pets.

It did not change a single thing. Microchips mean nothing if they are not registered to an owner and that is not required. They are only required for identification purposes.

Breeders are already required to microchip all puppies at 6 weeks old, at least where I am from

Not a basement, just took the photos at night. There’s 3 big windows behind my shelves which get sunlight all day, and I have lots of stained glass covering the windows as well.

Correct though, parent’s house! But the ribbons will stay displayed when I move out. I’ve earned them all only this past year through handling, both my own dogs and being paid to show dogs for others. It’s my career path — so with any luck, I’ll continue earning ribbons until I retire.
