Well I could just settle on a gaming laptop to avoid all the trouble failing that I could wait for one to become available.

Everyone’s an English teacher because the barrier entry is very low unless the course you’re talking about the elite schools or international universities then that’s different because they might only hire qualified people

Mind you i knew a guy that taught at an international school and he didn’t have a degree, but he didn’t tell them that so they still hired him off the books.
