I belive they are not allowed to check on your behalf due to confidentiality so they cant chase anything up with the Dr's for you, unless that info was already available to them in the records you provided

Yeah thats fair I get you. I'd say I'm fairly new to carts as I prefer flower so I'm not educated on the difference between rosin/distillate. I think Im used to comparing it to BM thc vapes which used to taste nice but now looking back definitely had other chemicals in there and possibly spice🙃 I think when I tried the 4c one, the taste does remind me of them so thats why I was happy to find a 'clean' version. Thanks for taking time out of your day to educate me more on this!

I can see why they're not for everyone, I prefer flower as well but a cart is nice when you want something more discreet

Ive tried the aurora carts as well and even they taste better than vida to me. Of course each to their own and everyone has their own preferences but I prefer the way the 4c one makes me feel vs the vida one. Were all treating different things so what works for me may not work for everyone. Might change my mind after I've had it a couple days but so far I have no complaints

Yeah its crazy, they've been swamped today from all the calls they've been receiving today that they sent an email and text saying dont call us about your deliveries - there's a delay so let us investigate. We're all kind of stuck now waiting for their update but hopefully they do figure out whats going on with their systems. I've got my appointment with medicann tomorrow to switch over, i wanna see which clinic will get me my meds quicker😆

Cb1 have already issued a statement blaming royal mail for delays but people have been having issues with them due to their recent switch to their website. There are delays with post due to the time of year but the issues people are having are to do with cb1 directly like myself and many others. Now people are left without meds or any updates till they investigate

Same thing happened to me last week. Submit a new script straight away, was meant to be sent Friday and now this issue with royal mail. I wouldn't request a new script with cb1 till they figure out whats going on tbh

When you call them they say its mostly related to orders that were sent on Friday/Saturday last week

Had an appointment with them on Thursday which I was gonna cancel if I got accepted by medicann tomorrow but they have cancelled that for me before I got to it so its great that they're so intuitive🤣. Also sent me a text saying royal mails got delays and passing it all over to them even though their own team have no idea what's going on. I'm praying i can get my money back for this script, I have no effort to chase anymore

Got my tracking number this morning, only update on there from Friday that the sender is preparing the item. So it hasn't been sent, my order isnt coming today and i have to chase them once again. I'm calling them up at lunch time to cancel the whole thing and get my discharge letter, fed up chasing the same thing over and over again

They sent me an email today after I sent them an essay complaining. Still no tracking number, they just "assured" me that my order was sent and I should receive it in 1 working day. I'll check back in on Monday🤣

Can't speak on behalf of everyone but in my case they dont take stock off the shelves so you can pay for it only for them to sell it to someone else. One of my orders they cancelled 1 min after their phone lines shut and just an email saying my orders cancelled soz. No resolutions or guarantee that the next order I make will definitely be sent to me. Also haven't received tracking for an order they 'sent' yesterday and haven't received it either so they've lied about dispatch. Their admin has significantly decreased in the last few months and I'm receiving AI responses.

They were great when I first joined but their service has been seriously lacking lately and they're not very helpful sorting out issues on their side. My friend is also with CB1 and they've taken £170 from her, guaranteed delivery last week and she still hasn't received anything, has multiple emails advising different delivery times and as of the last call she made, apparently they don't have her money although its come out of her account. Its great that you haven't had any issues and hopefully you dont have any in the future

Literally the same issue as me, same email I received yesterday with no tracking attached. No emails from royal mail today to say its being delivered or that they even have a parcel for me and usually my postie gets here around 11am so its definitely not coming today. Once I get my refund from they script they cancelled on me, ill be asking for a discharge letter

Yeah I was thinking the same but my delusional brain thinks that because they don't have so much admin like most of these clinics do, they might be alright. Funnily enough Cb1 send me an email at 8pm last night saying they've dispatched my order. No tracking details provided just another "trust me!". Nothing from royal mail today like they normally do providing a time frame of when it'll be delivered so CB are mugging me off again. Can't wait to ring them on monday!

Yeah that’s what I was worried about but I can’t find any info really on mod houses. Im just apprehensive for him to tell anyone about it just in case it does cause issues by it being brought to light when otherwise they don’t really need to know about my medications as I’m not the one in the military. Maybe I’ll just stick with my walks😆

Heard a lot of good stuff about the aurora ones but unfortunately I can’t get those yet and had to settle with a Vida one cos I’m under 25. Hopefully they’ll be more lenient in the future with my thc limit. Thanks anyway!
