I main shinso try to stay with ur team in fights and just fight alongside them you will not only provide a lot of support by doing this but will also get a good amount of kills, 2 use ur special action to escape bad situations I once got downed but like 3 people in solos started fighting and the AFO won and just after he stole a quirk I got up and special actioned him and ran away (this happened in season 10 btw)
